A Message from The Wayfinder Hotel

During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments. 

We are also taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel:

Pre-Arrival
The following services will be unavailable until further notice to reduce guest interaction:

  • Automatic daily housekeeping service - This will be by request only.
  • Bell/luggage service

Arrival

  • Lobby doors will be left open from 9am - 5pm to reduce contact points.
  • Social distancing floor markers have been added to ensure all guests and staff follow social distancing.
  • Staff is sanitizing check in items (i.e. room keycard) to prevent contact from staff and previous guests.
  • Counter tops will be wiped hourly after each guest interaction.
  • The Wayfinder offers several options for check in to reduce contact. All guests are eligible to use the self service check in/check out stations in the main lobby. Guests are also strongly encouraged to use our fully digital check in option which includes a digital key for your room. Using this option will enable guests to entirely bypass the lobby.

Registration Desk

  • Added sanitation services at the registration desk and throughout the property.
  • Guest rooms will be assigned at every other room on a rotational basis to increase distance between guests. Every attempt will be made to not allow guests to check into a room for 72 hours after the previous guest. These measures are based on availability and guest requests.
  • Please note that once you check into your room, only in exceptional circumstances will a room relocation be permitted.

Lobby & Corridors

  • Staff will conduct cleaning & sanitizing services in these areas every four hours during the day from 6am - 8pm
  • Sanitizer stations will be readily available in all public spaces.

Guest Rooms

  • Guest rooms will be deep cleaned prior to check in with a heightened focus on high touch areas.
  • After check out, every attempt will be made for guest rooms to remain unoccupied for at least 72 hours to mitigate the spread of germs. This cannot be guaranteed based on availability and guest requests.
  • Automatic Daily room cleaning will be temporarily suspended, and will only be available on request. Should additional room items such as sheets and towels be requested, these will be left outside of your door.
  • Guests cannot under any circumstances be present in a room when Hotel employees are.
  • In Room Dining Menus and the Hotel compendium will be available to view on our website. You will receive a link via Text shortly after check in.

Food & Beverage 

  • All Food & Beverage Outlets are now open with certain restrictions. Nomi Park is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, however per State restrictions we can only operate at 50% capacity with set space requirements being adhered to between tables. Tables of 8 or less people are permitted at this time. Reservations are required for all guests and on arrival hotel staff must obtain a full contact name and phone number of one guest from each party.

Swimming Pool

As of July 3rd our pool and pool deck is open however there are several restrictions based on State and CDC guidelines in place:

  • A maximum of 35 people are allowed in the pool area at one time.
  • Currently access to our pool and pool deck is by reservation only. Guests are encouraged to make reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
  • Only 5 persons are permitted in the swimming pool at one time. Masks are not required in the pool but must be worn when not swimming.
  • Normal social distancing rules apply in all areas of the pool.
  • To allow as many guests as possible to experience our pool, we ask that guests do not exceed two hours in the pool area.
  • Only registered guests of the Hotel are permitted in the pool area.

Departure

  • We will not be printing invoices during this time. Please ensure that the Front Desk has a valid email address on file and an electronic copy will be sent to you on the day of departure
  • We offer a fully remote check out experience via your phone. You do not need to go via the Front Desk to check out.
  • Should you have any billing questions please kindly call or text the front desk.

It is important to us that you are able to make informed travel decisions, and that you have peace of mind anytime you choose to visit The Wayfinder Hotel. Please review our cancellation policy.

  • For a full refund, please cancel 24 hours before arrival date.*
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
