A Message from The Wayfinder Hotel

From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, our focus has been on the health and safety of our staff and guests.  We continue to closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are following guidelines from the CDC and the local health departments.

As of Tuesday, May 18th, any person who is not fully vaccinated must continue to wear a face covering at all times while entering, exiting, traveling through, and spending time in indoor public areas.

We continue to take additional steps to ensure the safety of all our guests and employees.  We are continuing to promote distancing in our public spaces.  As part of our commitment to your safety and health, all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Every surface and touch point in the room, and its entry, are cleaned and disinfected using EPA-approved, antimicrobial products developed specifically for the use against emerging viral pathogens and novel coronavirus. Public spaces are also continuously cleaned and sanitized at a heightened frequency throughout the day. Our restaurant takes standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously as well and have added additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry.

The Wayfinder offers several options for check in to reduce contact. All guests are eligible to use the self service check in/check out stations in the main lobby. Guests are also strongly encouraged to use our fully digital check in option which includes a digital key for your room. Using this option will enable guests to entirely bypass the lobby. Automatic Daily room cleaning will be temporarily suspended. Should additional room items such as sheets and towels be requested, these will be left outside of your door. Guests cannot under any circumstances be present in a room when hotel employees are.
