We want to make sure your stay is as easy as possible. To help guide you, please see some of our frequently asked questions below. 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

What is included in your activities fee?

The activities fee is $20 per room per night (up to 4 guests) and includes a plethora of offerings, from a Way Welcome Reception to borrowing bikes to explore Newport.

What is your cancelation policy?

For on-season (May 1st - October 31st) 72 hour notice prior to 4:00pm of arrival date is required and for off-season (November 1st - April 30th) 24-hour notice prior to 4:00pm of arrival date is required to cancel your reservation without penalty.

Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?

Yes. Every room is priced for up to two occupants. You will be charged $10 for every guests over two per room.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes. We require the guest be above the age of 21 to check-in.

Are there ADA accessible rooms?

Yes. We have ADA accessible rooms in both standard and suite style rooms. Visit our ADA accessibility and features page to learn more about what ADA features we offer.

How far is downtown Newport?

The Visitor Center welcomes our guests with great information before hitting the town. This marks the beginning of downtown and is located 1.5 miles away.

Do you allow pets?

We are happy to welcome your pets and offer a variety of pet-friendly amenities. We charge $50 per night for up to two pets.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No. We offer complimentary parking.

Is there a car electric charging station in Newport?

Yes! There is actually an electric charging station on our property, free for guests to use.
